Thus at Swayam Build Valuation buyers are receiving more LTV and lower Equity upfront

Swayam Build has a fixed Fees of 10% of Actual overall Expense incurred by the buyer


Can I RESALE the house once completed?

Yes, A buyer can definitely Resale after the completion and after fulfilling all other criteria laid down in the initial Agreement.
